What We've Planned

Now that the idea is set in place, it's time to take action: we have a photo shoot scheduled with two different businesses - one sells clothes and one sells jewelry - and we've asked our peers over social media if they'd be interested in modeling. Since the model call, we have employed a handful of models that we're sure will do the outfits justice.

The Elevator Pitch

Last week, we had to give a 60-second pitch of our project idea to the class, complete with reasoning for choosing the project and how it will impact others along with explaining the idea itself. The presentation went well, and the feedback was, for the most part, positive and unquestioning. The pitch secured the idea and gave it finality that boosted our confidence in the project even more.

What's Planned

So far, this is the general timeline/list:

1. Complete the photo shoot & collect permission forms from models (allowing us to use their images)

2. Download, review, and edit the photos before sending them to the businesses and models

3. Post some of the photos to social media to promote businesses and models (and show off photography skills)

4. Complete a TED Talk on the subject (at some point)
